We collect personal information such as your full name, email address, phone number, educational institution, and team details during registration and submissions. We also gather non-personal usage data like IP addresses and browser types to improve the site. Payment details are handled securely by third-party providers without us storing full card information. Entry fees are generally non-refundable after the registration deadline or competition start, but full refunds are available for cancellations before the deadline (minus processing fees). Partial refunds (50%) may apply before the start date at our discretion. Refunds for technical issues or duplicates are processed within 10-14 business days. Review our Refund Policy for specifics.
Participants must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if under 18) and not barred by law. Teams can have up to 4 members, with a designated lead. Employees, judges, mentors, and their families are ineligible. All participants must agree to our Terms & Conditions. Check the specific competition page for additional rules.
You retain full ownership of your submission. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for promotional and educational purposes (e.g., showcasing winners).
